DEMO CALL
First Step - (1 Hour)
I'll be transparent with you... This demo call will be a sales call.
We understand the importance of your time and we don't want to waste any of it. We'll get straight to the point, answer any of your questions on how the system works, and finally demonstrate any of the systems you may be interested in implementing into your business.
Our goal is to help your business win. If you're winning, we are too!
THE BUILDING PHASE
Second Step - (1-2 Weeks)
Once your onboarding is complete and we have all the information we need to build your website and system, we'll begin the building process. We start with the website, which takes the longest (7-10 days), then we'll build the automations, create the forms, and setup your mobile app access so you can manage your leads from the mobile app or desktop app. Depending on how complex your system is, it may take longer than 2 weeks, but we average around a 2 week build time for each system.
LAUNCH CALL
Final Step - (1 Hour)
Last but not least, we'll have a call before we launch your system to ensure that your expectations are met. We'll answer all your questions and walk you through how to manage all your leads from your mobile device or desktop. We can also provide you with SOP's for your employees if they are the ones who will be managing your incoming leads.
